CMV and Thanh Phat Expand Manufacturing Capacity
As demand for modern cashew processing machinery and integrated factory solutions continues to grow, CMV and our manufacturing partner, Thanh Phat Mechanical, are expanding manufacturing capabilities to support customers across Vietnam and international markets.
The companies are currently developing a new manufacturing facility, marking an important step in their long-term investment in engineering, production capacity, and manufacturing infrastructure.
Expanding Our Manufacturing Capabilities
The new facility is being developed to provide additional capacity for machinery manufacturing, assembly, testing, storage, and related production activities.
Once operational, the expanded manufacturing platform is expected to support a production capacity of approximately 400–500 containers per year, enabling us to respond more efficiently to growing demand for cashew processing projects across different markets.
The expansion will also provide the infrastructure needed to support increasingly complex and integrated processing projects, from equipment manufacturing and assembly through to project preparation and delivery.
Strengthening Engineering and Production
As a turnkey cashew processing solutions provider, CMV works closely with Thanh Phat Mechanical to manufacture and deliver machinery across multiple stages of cashew processing. Together, CMV and Thanh Phat currently operate manufacturing facilities with a combined area of more than 20,000 m².
Expanding our manufacturing capabilities will strengthen the connection between engineering, manufacturing, assembly, quality control, and project delivery, creating a stronger foundation for projects of different scales.
Our goal is not simply to increase production volume, but to build the capabilities required to deliver reliable equipment, consistent quality, and efficient project execution.
A New Space to Experience Cashew Processing Technology
As part of this broader development, CMV is also preparing to open a new end-to-end cashew processing showroom in November 2026.
The showroom will provide customers and industry professionals with an opportunity to experience our processing technology more directly, from raw cashew nuts through to finished kernels, while exploring how different machines can be integrated into a complete processing line.
Located alongside our expanding manufacturing operations in Nam Thuan Industrial Park, Long An, Vietnam, the showroom will also serve as a space for technical discussions, live demonstrations, and project consultations.
Supporting the Next Stage of Growth
The expansion comes as CMV continues to develop its presence across key cashew-producing and processing markets, including Africa, India, Vietnam, and other international markets.
With greater manufacturing capacity and stronger engineering infrastructure behind our operations, we aim to provide customers with more efficient project execution and reliable long-term support.
The new facility and upcoming showroom are part of a broader, long-term investment by CMV and Thanh Phat Mechanical to build a stronger platform for the next stage of growth.
