CMV Showcases Cashew Processing Solutions at AICA Cashew Convention 2026

Cashew Machines Vietnam (CMV) was proud to participate in the 3rd AICA Cashew Convention 2026, held from August 7–9 at the Novotel Convention Centre & JECC in Jaipur, India.

As the Presenting Sponsor of this year’s convention, CMV was honored to be part of an event that brought together cashew processors, manufacturers, traders, technology providers, and industry professionals from across the global cashew sector.

Showcasing Cashew Processing Technology

At the CMV Booth and Machinery Exhibition Area, we showcased three key stages of cashew processing: Raw Cashew Calibration, Cashew Nut Steaming, and Cashew Nut Shelling.

The machines were demonstrated live using actual raw cashew nuts, allowing visitors to see the equipment in operation and better understand its processing capabilities and workflow.

Our engineers were present throughout the demonstrations to guide visitors, explain machine operation, and discuss technical requirements based on different production capacities and factory configurations.

The demonstrations also created opportunities to discuss processing efficiency, production capacity, automation, machine integration, and factory development directly with processors and industry professionals.

Sharing CMV’s Growth and Vision

As part of the convention program, our Director and CEO, Ethan Truong, joined the “Interaction with Machinery Manufacturers” session, sharing CMV’s journey, recent milestones, and vision for the future of cashew processing.

In his presentation, Ethan highlighted several key milestones from CMV’s recent growth — from delivering processing solutions with a total capacity exceeding 200,000 MT in 2025, to building an installed processing capacity of more than 1.5 million MT of raw cashew per year across our global markets.

He also shared CMV’s continued expansion through strategic partnerships with Meyer and Taiho, the development of our new 20,000-square-meter manufacturing facility, and more than 70 completed projects across over 10 countries.

Looking ahead, CMV is continuing to invest in automation, smart manufacturing, and R&D, with plans to introduce an end-to-end cashew processing showroom later this year — creating a space where customers can experience a complete processing line from raw cashew nuts to finished kernels.

At CMV, we believe that the future of cashew processing is not simply about building bigger machines. It is about building smarter machines.

Connecting with India and Beyond

India remains one of the world’s major cashew processing markets, making AICA 2026 an important opportunity for CMV to connect with customers, partners, and industry professionals from India and other key markets.

Across the three days, we had many valuable conversations around the evolving needs of modern processing facilities — from increasing capacity and improving efficiency to integrating automation and developing scalable production systems.

For CMV, AICA 2026 was more than an exhibition. It was an opportunity to demonstrate our technology, exchange knowledge, and build meaningful connections with the people shaping the future of the cashew industry.

Looking Ahead

Being the Presenting Sponsor of AICA Cashew Convention 2026 was an important milestone for CMV and reflects our commitment to actively contributing to the global cashew processing community.

We sincerely thank the All India Cashew Association, the organizers, our partners, and everyone who visited the CMV Booth and Machinery Exhibition Area during the convention.

We are grateful for the conversations and connections made in Jaipur, and we look forward to continuing to grow with our customers and partners — developing better technology, delivering larger-scale solutions, and supporting the continued advancement of the global cashew processing industry.
